Patanjali Herbal Research Division works on documentation, analysis, designing and project executions of different themes in the alignment of aims and scope of Patanjali institutions. Around 150 well trained scientists with different expertise in Botany, Taxonomy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc. Work together on several academic research projects related to plant- based medicine, yoga and any such related field towards conducting extensive research for scientific and empirical evidence in support of therapeutic effects of selected areas. Several research and review articles are published in journals of national as well as international repute having a global visibility for Yoga and Ayurveda with supportive and authenticated data. This division aims to develop systematized and validated research work that shall be highly useful for scientists, researchers and industry experts engaged in the work related to research, development and promotion of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Job Profile for Project Manager (E-Governance)
The Project Manager (E-Governance) will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of e-governance initiatives. This role requires a strong combination of project management, financial and technical understanding of governance systems. The individual will coordinate between stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution and alignment with digital transformation strategies.
Qualification & Experience:
- MCA or MBA (Preferred in Project Management, Finance or related field) from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on e-governance or digital transformation projects.
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the budget management, financial planning and resource allocation is a significant advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the design, implementation and integration of digital governance systems.
- Monitor budgets, control costs and provide financial reports.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and vendors.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Track project performance and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project records.
- Ensure training for stakeholders on new e-governance systems.
Additional Requirements:
- Previous work in Nepal or similar regional contexts is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to interact with officials, technical teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or other relevant software.
- Knowledge of government regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards related to e-governance.
