Job Summary

Patanjali Yogpeeth Critical Care Centre, Haridwar is seeking for a highly compassionate and skilled Medical Critical Care Experts armed with a MBBS, MD or MBBS, MS. The ideal candidate would likely be someone who is a medical specialist trained in treating critically ill patients. Preference would be given to those who have received training to be proficient in comprehensive clinical management. Experience working in a critical care environment, such as Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in hospitals that treats critically ill patients would be advantageous. • Treating critically ill patients and caring for these patients who are at the risk of deterioration clinically and also patients needing resuscitation.
• Ability to manage and ensure the smooth functioning of intensive and dependency units as well as the patients.
• Diagnose and treat the conditions that cause them usually involving invasive and non-invasive diagnostic techniques, monitoring and treatment modalities for supporting vital organs.
• Keeping track of the clinical history and its presentation.
• Ensure focused and relevant medical examination of the patient.
• Review related data from radiology, laboratory and microbiology data.
• Review reports and all inputs by specialists in the cases.
• Ensure accurate and precise documentation by the intensive care team.
• Ensuring safe patient transport by discussing the benefits and risks of transport.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices.
• Ensure ethical conduct in all research activities.

Educational experience and requirements:

• Armed with either MBBS, MD OR MBBS, MS from reputable institutions in India or outside India.
• 3 – 4 years’ experience OR 5 – 10 years’ experience, specializing in internal medicine or anesthesiology or critical care expertise is desirable.
• Fellowship training in critical care medicine.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
